INTERPOL Adopts Changes to CCF Statute and Rules on the Data Processing

At its November 24–27, 2025 meeting in Marrakech, the INTERPOL General Assembly adopted amendments to both the Rules on the Processing of Data (RPD) and the Statute of the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF). The change to the RPD was minor: Article 94 on “Stolen Work of Art Notices” was deleted because, following the creation of a public Works of Art database, the notice system had not been used for years and was considered obsolete.
