Juliana Carvajal Yepes is an Attorney at Grossman Young & Hammond where she represents corporate and individual clients on a broad variety of employment-based and family-based immigration matters. Juliana was born and raised in Colombia and continues to have close ties to her hometown and has a passion for connecting Latin American businesses and investors to U.S. markets.
Before joining the firm, Juliana was a Staff Attorney at a non-profit organization, representing immigrants’ survivors of domestic violence with their immigration and family law legal matters. During law school, Juliana served as the Media and Communications Chief Editor of the Human Rights Brief and was a Student Attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic where she represented clients in their immigration matters and advocated on their behalf in front of international organizations.
Aside from business immigration, Juliana has an interest in International Law and Policy and writes about topics in International Law (i.e., Human Rights, Business, Environment, International Arbitration).
